How can I track my order?

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email along with the tracking number from Fedex.
You can track your order using the link provided on the Fedex website.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Sorry, we won't be able to change or cancel your order because we start processing as soon as we receive it.

I received an error message while trying to place an order. What should I do?

Please check if you've received an order confirmation email from us. If not, please send us an email at help@sunniesstudios.com so we can check if your order pushed through.

My package seems to be experiencing "Clearance Delays". What do I do?

No need to panic. Customs may sometimes hold a package to clarify shipping details with the manufacturer.
If your package is tagged with "Clearance Delay", our local Fedex partner will give us a heads up right away. We'll clarify any issues so we can send out your package immediately. Don’t worry, you won’t have to do anything; we'll straighten it out for you.

Why didn’t I get any confirmation email?

If your order is successful, you should get an order confirmation in the email address you provided. If it’s not in your inbox, please check your spam mail in case it was misplaced there.
